Job summary

CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Press Brake Operator III in a on-site Texas facility. You will set up and operate brake presses, manage tooling, and mentor others to meet quality targets. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced shop.

Typical work involves coordinating maintenance, tooling lookups, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives while supporting a M-F onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, memos, and simple instructions.
• Knowledge of basic business math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable with training new employees and mentoring current employees to reach company standards for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate metal bending machines (Press Brake) per quality standards.
• Draw new tools in library and back-save tooling to network.
• Coordinate service and maintenance with lead and maintenance staff to keep equipment running.
• Lead safety initiatives and mentor the team to improve quality and efficiency.
• Train new employees and implement lean process improvements.
