Job summary

CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Press Brake Operator III to set up and run metal bending equipment in alignment with quality and efficiency standards. The role includes tooling management, program back-ups, and collaboration with maintenance to keep machines performing at peak levels.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of related experience, strong blueprint-reading skills, and experience supervising or mentoring others to achieve quality targets and lean improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, memos, and simple instructions.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable with training new employees and mentoring current employees to reach company standards for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines per quality standards.
• Train new employees and mentor current staff.
• Coordinate service and maintenance with leads and technicians to keep equipment running.
• Lead process improvements and lean initiatives.
