Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Press Brake Operator I to set up and operate metal bending machines in accordance with quality and production standards. This onsite role in Seguin, Texas, requires attention to safety, ability to read basic instructions, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean work area.

Experience with aluminum and steel materials is helpful. The position offers full-time hours with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to learn overhead processes

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, and simple instructions.
• Knowledge of basic business math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines per quality and production standards.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designer.
• Perform quality inspections/checks per quality documentation and control plan.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Identify material types (aluminum, steels, stainless, galvanized) and handle accordingly.
• Assist in other work areas as assigned.
