Qualifications

• Lead or supervisory experience required.
• Preschool CDEC, ELDG, Shines and UPK experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and training of program staff.
• Develops and implements curriculum for preschool ages 2½ to 10.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Maintains records, reports, and attendance data.
• Plans budget and monitors program expenditures.
