Qualifications

• Must be School Age Director qualified by State of Colorado.
• Two years of experience working in the recreation field or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise community recreation programs and licensed day care.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and manages seasonal staff and volunteers.
• Manage enrollment, registrations, and family paperwork in registration software.
• Maintain safety, licensing compliance, and program quality.
