Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Presales Leader to drive software presales and RFP processes for North America. You will coordinate with Sales, Product, and Strategy to deliver compelling customer solutions.

You will manage end-to-end quoting and SOW processes, set KPIs, optimize resource allocation, and lead change across direct and channel teams in a high-security public safety environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in sales, sales engineering, project management, customer success, military, and/or public safety
• OR 8+ years of experience in sales, sales engineering, project management, customer success, military, and/or public safety
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
• Demonstrated track record of driving organizational change across cross-functional teams and partner organizations
• Experience in CJIS/security policy environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage presales teams supporting the software and ECH sales teams
• Drive and facilitate organizational change across presales teams and partner organizations
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to align on presale strategy and proposals
• Oversee end-to-end presale quoting, proposals, SOWs, and configurations
• Develop standards and best practices for RFPs and complex proposals
• Coordinate with Presale Management, Sales, Engineering, and Product Leadership on priority activities
• Establish KPIs, resource allocation strategies, and performance metrics
• Contribute to go-to-market planning and opportunities in public safety
