Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Presales Leader to drive cross-functional alignment and streamline presales workflows for our North America team. You will oversee quoting, proposals, SOWs, and complex configurations while partnering with Sales, Product, and Strategy to deliver customer-driven, end-to-end solutions.

The role emphasizes organizational change, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication skills, with a background in public safety software preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, presales management, program management, business development, or customer success, with prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Post Sales, Strategy teams.
• Background in or familiarity with public safety market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage presales teams supporting the software and ECH sales teams.
• Drive and facilitate organizational change across presales teams and partner organizations to streamline workflows and modernize presales alignment.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Post Sales, and Offer/Strategy teams to ensure tight alignment on presale strategy, proposal development, and customer solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end presale quoting, proposal generation, SOWs, and system configuration processes.
