Qualifications

• 7+ years in a solutions engineering, pre‑sales, or sales architecture role.
• 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience.
• 5+ years of contact center experience, with familiarity in CCaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solutioning for customer service automation.
• Deliver impactful demos and presentations.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs creatively.
• Design and execute proof-of-value initiatives.
