Job summary

RRD in Wisconsin is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee Digital Press Production and Prepress on a 24/7 on-site schedule. You will plan, lead, and coordinate all areas to exceed safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets.

You will drive training, mentor staff, and coordinate staffing across shifts while maintaining records and compliance with safety programs. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to cover multiple shifts, including nights.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Experience mentoring staff and developing talent.
• 10+ years in printing environment preferred.
• Experience with large format and digital print processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Press Production and Prepress teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Maintain safe practices and housekeeping on all shifts.
• Communicate production plans and updates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop training materials to grow staff capabilities.
• Assist in staffing decisions and shift planning with management.
• Motivate staff to meet production goals and schedules.
