Job summary

Truist seeks a senior leader to lead, coach and manage a team of Premier Bankers/Advisors focused on mass affluent and business clients in the United States. This role represents the region in the absence of the Region Director and drives regional sales coaching, performance improvements, and strategic initiatives.

Relocation may be required. Responsibilities include talent management, cross-functional leadership, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and risk policies while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, banking, or related field.
• Minimum of six years of experience with mass affluent clients in banking, investments, or lending.
• Strong knowledge of personal financial planning and retail banking products for mass affluent clients.
• Proven ability to meet performance standards in investments and insurance.
• Active FINRA licenses (SIE, 7, 66/65/63, 24) or must be obtained within 100–180 days.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a team of Premier Bankers/Advisors.
• Serve in absence of Region Director and collaborate with RD for Region success.
• Develop talent and retention strategy for premier bankers/advisors.
• Lead and coach on relationship building, banking, investments, insurance, and planning.
• Ensure service levels and production growth across deposits, lending, and investments.
• Collaborate with Market Presidents and IRM partners to support client service and referrals.
