Job summary

Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) is seeking a senior Project Manager with a focus on DSA-permitted Pre K-12 projects in California. The role demands 10+ years in the A/E industry and at least 5 years leading multidisciplinary teams with financial and risk oversight.

A California license and a Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering are required. The position offers a competitive salary and a flexible hybrid work schedule, with potential openings in San Francisco or Sacramento.

Qualifications

• Ten years' post-graduate professional experience in the A/E industry.
• Minimum five years as PM with responsibility for financials and risk.
• DSA-permitted Pre K-12 project experience in California preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• California licensure required; LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong leadership, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary A/E teams through all project phases.
• Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Manage client activities, contracts and change orders.
• Coordinate design reviews and QA/QC across disciplines.
• Support marketing efforts with proposals and interviews.
• Interface with stakeholders and regulatory agencies to meet requirements.
