Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced preconstruction leader for the Carolinas region. The role oversees preconstruction efforts, collaborates with operations and design partners, and drives budget development and GMP strategies for complex projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years building construction experience, with strong client relationships and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee on-site security operations and team.
• Develop, review and approve assumptions and clarifications.
• Lead preconstruction budget and GMP/Lump sum efforts.
• Coordinate with Operations on schedule, logistics, safety, and constructability reviews.
• Generate budget control reports and communicate scope variances to stakeholders.
• Lead Target Value Design where appropriate and drive continuous improvement.
