Job summary

Kanadevia Inova seeks an experienced professional to oversee civil tender preparation and pre-construction activities in multi-disciplinary heavy civils projects. You will establish tender strategy, procurement approach and project execution inputs, coordinating with designers, geotechnical experts and other advisors.

Responsibilities include reviewing contractor submissions, developing cost build-up, and ensuring robust subcontract documentation.

Qualifications

• Construction/Commercial Management background in heavy civils.
• Knowledge of multi-disciplinary heavy civils plant projects.
• Understanding of construction methods, constructability and productivity.
• Ability to sequence and programme complex engineering tasks.
• Experience developing tender strategies and procurement approaches for major EPC projects.
• Experience compiling subcontract enquiry packages and contract documentation.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyse complex technical and commercial issues and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of tender strategy and procurement approach.
• Prepare subcontract enquiry packages and contract documentation.
• Review tender submissions, scope, programme, price and clarifications.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, planning, quality and HSE inputs for subcontract docs.
• Present tender strategy and cost build-up for internal approval.
• Guide project teams on procurement strategies and execution planning.
