Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in estimating/preconstruction for a commercial contractor or subcontractor.
• Federal estimating experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications with the preconstruction team.
• Prepare project estimates, including quantity takeoffs and scopes of work.
• Assist with subcontractor prequalification and sourcing new trade partners.
• Support preconstruction budgeting efforts and value analysis.
• Participate in plan reviews for accurate estimates.
