You will manage the entire estimation process, build critical industry relationships, and present cost strategies directly to clients.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in large multi-family residential estimating.
• Strong market pricing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, create, and finalize comprehensive project estimates.
• Develop value engineering ideas with costs.
• Build subcontractor bid lists and analyze bids and scopes.
• Develop preliminary preconstruction schedules and staffing requirements.
• Complete detailed On-Screen Takeoffs.
• Prepare professional cost presentations for clients.
• Review and refine estimates prepared by others.
