• Participate in subcontractor outreach, prequalification, and contract strategy decisions.
• Act as the primary client contact for complex pursuits during the preconstruction phase.
• Lead client presentations, design meetings, and value engineering sessions.
• Partner with business development and operations to support pursuit strategies and smooth project handoff.

The Senior Preconstruction Manager provides leadership and oversight to multiple preconstruction teams while supporting the Preconstruction Executive in driving departmental strategy and execution. This role manages high-value and complex pursuits, ensures estimating and procurement strategies are aligned with company standards, and mentors Preconstruction Managers. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Oversight
