Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Significant experience in commercial construction estimating, interiors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulations, safety standards and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the full pre-construction process from scope to final proposals.
• Analyse drawings to determine materials, labour, and timelines.
• Lead tendering and subcontractor bid processes with clear scope alignment.
• Maintain cost plans, budgets, cash flow, and risk management.
• Present proposals to clients and support handover to delivery.
