Job summary

Wyre AI is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager in the USA to bridge real-world preconstruction workflows with AI tooling. You will oversee estimating, bid management, takeoffs, scheduling, and owner/GC coordination, ensuring alignment with product directions and field needs.

You’ll validate AI outputs, shape roadmaps, and partner with product, engineering, and sales to drive adoption among preconstruction teams, estimators, and directors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in preconstruction, estimating, or construction operations.
• Deep fluency across scoping, bid management, takeoffs, cost estimating and value engineering.
• Strong command of drawings, specs, addenda, RFIs, and change orders.
• Familiarity with the preconstruction software ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Validate outputs against real preconstruction standards as the SME for product and AI.
• Map end-to-end workflows into structured requirements for the product team.
• Serve as the internal expert on drawings, specs, addenda, RFIs, and change orders.
• Collaborate with Sales and Success to speak credibly with preconstruction leaders.
• Provide roadmap input to prioritize features reflecting field pain points.
• Help define QA criteria and evaluation frameworks for AI-generated results.
• Partner with engineering, AI, design, and GTM teams as the construction anchor.
