Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in healthcare construction.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and the public.

Responsibilities

• Champions “The Layton Way” for internal and external teams and customers.
• Oversees estimating and planning support personnel.
• Monitor project budgeting and buy-out processes for reliable estimates.
• Facilitate communication of cost history for better cost modeling and estimating.
• Interface with marketing to inform brand and pricing considerations.
• Oversee sales activities including lead qualification and proposals.
• Plan and implement training for estimators and business development staff.
• Oversee procurement strategies and client relationships.
