Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning for high‑profile projects ranging from $50M to $300M.
• Develop outline schedules and logistics/phasing plans.
• Coordinate with estimating, marketing, operations and senior leadership to craft detailed work plans.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
• Oversee site visits, RFQ/RFP responses and interviews to align plans with client success.
• Ensure constructability and safety are integral to every plan.
