Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in large multi-family residential estimating.
• Deep understanding of current market pricing and unit pricing.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with owners, architects and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, create, and finalize comprehensive project estimates.
• Research materials, source alternatives, and develop value engineering ideas with costs.
• Build qualified subcontractor bid lists and analyze submitted bids and scopes.
• Develop preliminary preconstruction schedules and determine staffing and conditions.
• Complete detailed On-Screen Takeoffs.
• Prepare professional presentations and present cost information to clients.
• Review and correct estimates prepared by others.
