Ideal candidates have extensive experience in mechanical estimating, design-build delivery, and client relations, with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years experience in preconstruction or related mechanical construction.
• Experience with design-build/design-assist delivery methods.
• Strong budgeting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed budget estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
• Lead preconstruction activities from pursuit through turnover to operations.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop mechanical solutions.
• Mentor team members and support professional development.
• Support LEED and sustainability initiatives when applicable.
