Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Coppell, Texas seeks a Preconstruction Lead to guide project readiness from development to financial close, aligning with IS Delivery leaders to set the foundation for successful execution.

You will conduct risk reviews, manage procurement diligence, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Development, Sustainability, Pricing, Legal, and Project Controls. Travel 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, construction management, project planning, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead project readiness efforts from development through financial close.
• Evaluate scope, schedule, budget, constructability, procurement strategy, and project risks.
• Develop milestone schedules, savings forecasts, spend curves, and execution assumptions.
• Partner with Development and Delivery teams to ensure alignment on risk and execution.
