Job summary

ENFRA seeks a seasoned Preconstruction Lead to serve as the Delivery organization’s representative from development through financial close. You will drive planning, risk reviews, constructability assessments, and permitting diligence to ensure projects are execution-ready.

You will collaborate with IS Delivery Regional VPs to establish the operational, financial, and strategic foundation for successful project execution, linking Development and Delivery teams. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, construction management, project planning, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project readiness from development through financial close.
• Evaluate scope, schedule, budget, constructability, procurement strategy, and project risks.
• Develop milestone schedules, savings forecasts, spend curves, and execution assumptions.
• Facilitate Joint Readiness Certifications and executive risk reviews.
• Coordinate pre-close execution planning and At‑Risk activities.
