Job summary

ENFRA seeks a seasoned Preconstruction Lead to serve as the Delivery organization’s representative from development through close. You will align scope, schedule and procurement strategies, drive risk reviews, and ensure readiness for execution across projects.

You will partner with Development, Sustainability, Energy Analytics, Legal, and Delivery teams, guiding risk mitigation and knowledge transfer while supporting 50% travel to project sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, construction management, project planning, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead project readiness from development through financial close.
• Evaluate scope, schedule, budget, constructability, procurement strategy, and risks.
• Develop milestone schedules, savings forecasts, spend curves, and execution assumptions.
• Coordinate pre-close execution planning and At‑Risk activities.
• Prepare Project Execution Plan and handoff to Delivery teams.
