Job summary

ENFRA is a leader in energy infrastructure, seeking an experienced Preconstruction Lead to serve as the Delivery organization’s representative throughout project development. This role ensures projects are execution-ready by leading project planning, risk identification, constructability reviews, permitting and procurement diligence.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Development, Sustainability, Energy Analytics, Pre-Engineering, Pricing & Estimating, Legal, Financial Modeling, Supply

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, construction management, project planning, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project readiness from development through financial close.
• Evaluate scope, schedule, budget, constructability, procurement strategy, and project risks.
• Develop milestone schedules, savings forecasts, spend curves, and execution assumptions.
• Facilitate Risk Register development, reviews, and handoff to Project Controls.
• Collaborate with Development, Sustainability, Legal, Financial Modeling, and Delivery teams to align decisions.
