Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Lead to serve as the Delivery organization’s representative from development through financial close. You will lead project planning, risk identification, permitting, and procurement diligence, ensuring readiness for execution and a smooth handoff to Delivery.

The role requires collaboration with Development, Sustainability, and Finance teams, strong communication, and extensive cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in preconstruction, estimating, construction management, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead project readiness from development through financial close.
• Assess scope, schedule, budget, constructability, procurement strategy, and risks.
• Develop milestones, savings forecasts, spend curves, and execution assumptions.
• Coordinate risk reviews and executive risk assessments.
• Drive pre-close planning, procurement planning, and environmental reviews.
• Plan Project Launch sessions and ensure knowledge transfer to Delivery team.
