Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the estimating function and coordinate budgets, schedules, and value-driven solutions before construction begins. You will collaborate with market leadership, procurement, design partners, and clients to align with company standards and deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
7–10 years of estimating, preconstruction, or project management experience.
Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead the estimating team to produce accurate cost estimates across design phases.
Manage project budgets from contract execution through GMP development.
Direct value engineering with owners, consultants, and design teams.
Coordinate GMP development and owner presentations for final budget approval.
Lead preconstruction planning schedules and constructability reviews.
Oversee procurement coordination and subcontractor prequalification.
