Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Pre-construction Estimator/Managerial support to oversee superintendent responsibilities, cultivate client and consultant relationships, and manage project purchasing and accuracy. The role involves extensive estimating, bid preparation, and proactive business development.

Travel to client sites is required, with limited relocation assistance considered. Annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $70,000, with a yearly pay schedule and focus on accurate project profitability

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-construction estimation and bid process.
• Ability to analyze project data and prepare estimates.
• Strong communication with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pre-construction Managers with information procurement and task completion.
• Support preconstruction training, work product, scheduling and performance.
• Help develop strategies for new business development and client relationships.
• Establish new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Procure documents, assemble proposals, bids and presentations for clients.
• Contribute to bid proposals, scope of work and subcontractor vetting.
• Coordinate bid proposal creation and ensure forms are completed and submitted.
• Assist with bid bonds, insurance requests, and related documents.
• Collaborate with estimators to prepare project and bid proposals.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure completeness of proposals.
