Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Lead to serve as the Delivery organization’s representative throughout project development. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are execution-ready by leading project planning, risk identification, constructability reviews, permitting and procurement diligence, stakeholder alignment, and transition planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, construction management, project planning, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead project readiness from development through financial close.
• Evaluate scope, schedule, budget, constructability and risks.
• Develop milestone schedules, spend curves, and execution assumptions.
• Coordinate pre-close execution planning and risk reviews.
• Collaborate with Development, Sustainability, Legal, and Delivery teams.
