Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks an experienced Preconstruction Lead to represent the Delivery organization through project development and ensure execution-readiness. The role partners with IS Delivery Regional VPs to establish the operational, financial, and strategic foundation for successful projects and serves as the critical link between Development and Delivery.

Travel is expected at 50%, with a background in construction management, engineering, or related fields, plus strong schedule and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction/Engineering/PM or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of preconstruction, estimating, planning, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project readiness from development through financial close.
• Evaluate scope, schedule, budget, constructability, procurement strategy, and risks.
• Develop milestone schedules, savings forecasts, spend curves, and execution assumptions.
• Facilitate risk reviews and executive risk assessments.
• Coordinate pre-close execution planning and early procurement activities.
• Plan Project Launch sessions and handoff to Delivery team.
• Collaborate with Development, Sustainability, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Delivery teams.
