Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Lead to represent the Delivery organization during project development, ensuring readiness through planning, risk review, and stakeholder alignment. You will partner with regional VP teams to build the foundation for execution.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration across Development, Sustainability, Pricing, Legal, and Project Controls, guiding risk mitigation and transition planning to Delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a construction or engineering field.
• 7+ years in preconstruction, estimating, planning, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of delivery, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project readiness from development through financial close with planning and risk reviews.
• Evaluate scope, schedule, budget, constructability, procurement strategy, and risks.
• Develop milestone plans, savings forecasts, spend curves, and execution assumptions.
• Coordinate risk registers and drive mitigation of cost and schedule risks.
• Ensure smooth handoff to Delivery with knowledge transfer and kickoff materials.
