Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-construction with design and estimation teams.
• Lead bid documents preparation and coordination with engineers.
• Coordinate with design, engineering and business development teams.
• Develop budgets, project plans, and schedules for supervisors’ reviews.
• Oversee production of consultants for accuracy and compliance.
