Responsibilities

• Perform detailed On-Screen Takeoffs.
• Develop preliminary preconstruction schedules.
• Formulate VE ideas and calculate costs.
• Research materials and sources for alternatives.
• Review estimates and manage staffing and GC requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of market and unit pricing.
• Build bid lists and maintain subcontractor relationships.
• Present cost information to Owners and Architects.
