• Formulate Value Engineering ideas and calculate costs.
• Research specified materials and source viable alternatives.
• Review, analyze and correct estimates.
• Manage project staffing and General Condition requirements.
• Maintain expert knowledge of current market and unit pricing.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with Owners and Architects.
