Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
• 3–10 years of estimating and/or project management experience.
• Industrial, healthcare, or mission-critical construction experience preferred.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex estimating assignments and develop all levels of estimates.
• Understand and execute multiple delivery methods (hard bid, GMP, design-build, IPD).
• Collaborate with operations on fees, staffing, and schedules.
• Establish durations, attend scheduling meetings, and coordinate subcontractor schedules.
• Lead estimate reviews with PM, design team, and owners; visit jobsites to verify accuracy.
• Develop subcontractor/supplier relationships and assist with proposals.
