Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires estimating experience in industrial construction
• Experience with CM/GC, CMaR, Design Build projects and preconstruction services
• Proven ability to collaborate with operations, management, Owners, Architects/Engineers and subcontractors
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates with the necessary level of detail for all design stages: Conceptual to Construction Documents
• Prepare quantity take-offs and estimated costs of materials, labor, and equipment
• Estimate for self-performed work (demolition, concrete, steel, carpentry)
• Evaluate labor pricing and production for projects and locations across trades
• Lead estimating team and coordinate bid packages and coverage with subs
• Present and explain project budgets to clients and project teams
• Manage bid day analysis and value-engineering opportunities
