Qualifications

- Five years of industrial construction scheduling experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera P6; ERP cost management tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed schedules with project team and trade partners.
- Monitor projects by setting schedules based on departmental procedures.
- Input, analyze, and monitor design deliverables, procurement, and construction schedules.
- Develop internal and external reports describing project status.
- Produce conceptual schedules with little input from the project team for debate and refinement.
