• Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years estimating experience in construction.
• Strong math skills and ability to read plans/specs.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership oriented, proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Quantify material costs, labor rates, and sub-buys for projects.
• Lead the creation of proposals and bids.
• Develop bid documents and detailed take-offs.
• Present budgets and value engineering ideas to owner/design team.
• Coordinate with trade partners and manage bid lists.
• Review subcontractor submittals and assist with buy-outs.
• Work with project team to phase projects and meet standards.
