Job summary

Bulley & Andrews, LLC, headquartered in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Project Manager/Estimating Manager to lead bid efforts for luxury residential and high-end projects. You will prepare conceptual and hard-dollar estimates, review documents, and drive value engineering while coordinating with senior leadership and project teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and 3+ years estimating experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of estimating experience.
• Experience managing people and leading bid processes.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate bid proposals and conceptual estimates.
• Review project documents for compute and value engineering.
• Solicit subcontractor bids and develop detailed scope sheets.
• Estimate self-perform work and track costing including change orders.
• Mentor estimators and project engineers on estimating processes.
• Maintain subcontractor/vendor lists and assist with contract negotiations.
