Job summary

Kimmel and Associates is seeking a Wastewater Preconstruction Director to lead procurement and preconstruction on CMAR, PDB, and DB projects. You will coordinate with clients, designers, JV partners, and public agencies to deliver competitive, constructible proposals.

The role demands 10–15 years of water/wastewater experience, a proven track record on at least three $100M+ projects, and a bachelor’s in engineering or construction management.

Qualifications
