• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience developing pursuit strategies, capture plans, and winning proposals.
• Strategic business mindset balancing client needs, operations, and financial performance.

Aufgaben

• Lead all aspects of preconstruction for CMAR, JOC, Design-Build, and other delivery models.
• Direct pursuit strategies, proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and contract negotiations.
• Develop capture plans for municipal agencies and strategic clients.
• Guide Go/No-Go decisions with executive and operational leadership.
• Mentor estimators, PMs, engineers, and preconstruction teams.
• Develop standards and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
