Qualifications

• Experience with the conceptual phase of proposal assembly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design-build and hard bid technical proposal assembly.
• Lead a team through the technical proposal/bidding process.
• Write scopes of work for all CSI divisions/bid packages.
