Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and fellow technicians to refine build processes and influence product improvements.
• Coach and develop junior technicians by sharing best practices and hands-on know-how.
• Capture clear, complete build steps, measurements, and quality records.
• Champion safety, keeping tools, work cells, and materials organized and secure.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
