Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; a technical certification or associate's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience building automated machinery, packaging equipment, or industrial systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex automated machinery, systems, and sub-assemblies from drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Install pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical components.
• Collaborate with engineering, controls, and manufacturing teams to ensure equipment functions per specifications.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting, alignment, and precision adjustment of moving components.
• Assist in testing, debugging, and system startup activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support field service teams with equipment installation and commissioning when required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, mechanical prints, and pneumatic schematics
• Proficient with hand tools, precision measuring devices, and power tools
• Experience with robotics or motion systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with our design software (Inventor and Vault) or just CAD experience (preferred)
