Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years' experience with medium/heavy mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to operate mechanical and electrical tooling.
• Attention to detail, quality and safety.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Use and interpret blueprints, product specifications and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and solve assembly challenges with support departments.
• Participate in daily management and problem solving as part of a team.
• Work to meet daily production goals in an industrial setting.
• Use hand tools and various fittings to assemble components.
• Inspect assemblies for quality using drawings and checklists.
• Inform leadership of safety or quality non-conformances and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Other projects may be assigned at company's discretion.
