- Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of industrial machining and mechanical maintenance experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine lubrication, greasing, and mechanical inspections of production equipment.
- Identify worn or damaged components and recommend or complete repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to produce precision components.
- Fabricate, repair, and replace machine components using manual lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, welders, and related equipment.
