Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical, vocational, or trade school training in manufacturing or machining is a plus.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow work instructions, travelers, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts while ensuring proper machine operation.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges to verify specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and identify quality or production concerns.
• Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Complete production, quality, and inspection documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles.
