Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of conventional machining experience (metals).
• Experience with CNC equipment (4/5 axis and CNC lathe).
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and multi-axis part programming.
• Attention to detail.
• U.S. citizen due to government contracts.

Responsabilités

• Serve as lab technician for machining and additive manufacturing labs, including post-processing.
• Perform 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling, CNC lathe, and wire EDM.
• Maintain equipment and manage lab policies and procedures.
• Procurement of consumables and spare parts; mentorship of junior technicians.
• Provide guidance on design for manufacturability and part setup.
