Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of healthcare/pharma/diagnostics experience.
• Tenured expert in strategy, transformational innovation and growth markets.
• Expertise in managing large scale projects supporting strategic initiatives.
• Executive leadership with ability to influence at scale.
• Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives at account level.
• Strong data literacy and responsible AI thinking across workflows.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the disease-area Precision Health strategy across the care pathway.
• Partner with disease-area stakeholders to ensure end-to-end strategy and solutions.
• Drive impact and growth measures, including R&D/pipeline/launch planning.
• Build a culture focused on improving patient outcomes at the site of care.
• Guide development of collateral for Precision Health field teams.
• Model and promote responsible AI use and continuous learning.
